Balsamic Vinaigrette Recipe

INGREDIENTS
Condiments
  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard w/o added sugar like Maille brand
Oils
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
Fresh Fruits
  • 2 large lemons
Sweeteners
  • 4 to 6 dropperfuls 100% pure Stevia liquid start with 4, add more, to taste
Optional
  • 2 cloves garlic minced or pressed
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Add 4 droppers of Stevia along with all ingredients to a large jar with a tight fitting lid. Shake well. If using, add salt and pepper, to taste.
  2. Optional, if using add peeled and pressed or minced garlic cloves to jar before shaking.
  3. If dressing is not sweet enough, add more Stevia to taste.
  4. Note – this recipe makes enough reduced-calorie salad dressing for the Jump Start meal plan for one week.
