Citrus Vinaigrette Reduced Calorie

INGREDIENTS
Fresh Fruit
  • 1 orange juice and zest
  • 1 lemon juice and zest
Oils
  • 1/4 cup avocado oil or extra virgin olive oil
Condiments
  • 2 tablespoons citrus champagne vinegar or use apple cider vinegar
Sweeteners
  • 5 drops 100% pure Stevia liquid more or less, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Wash lemon and orange and dry. Using a citrus zester, zest rind of both and add to an inverted blender cup or Mason Jar with a lid. Slice lemon and orange in half and juice. Add juice to blender or jar along with oil and vinegar. Blend or shake well.
  2. Add 100% pure Stevia liquid. Start with a few drops and add more or less, to taste. Note – Stevia liquid does not have an aftertaste like powder packets. Optional – add salt and pepper, to taste.
  3. Store unused dressing in refrigerator. Bring to room temperature and shake well before using.
