Italian Vinaigrette Reduced Calorie

INGREDIENTS
Condiments
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar or use apple cider vinegar
Oils
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Fresh Herbs – Spices
  • 1/2 clove garlic more or less, to taste
Dried Spices – Seasonings
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Sweeteners
  • 100% pure Stevia liquid to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Peel and press or mince garlic. Add to a mason jar or other glass jar with a tight fitting lid. Add vinegar, oil, and dried Italian seasoning. Tightly fit lid and shake well to mix.
  2. Add 100% Stevia liquid, to taste. Note – Stevia liquid does not have an aftertaste like powdered packets.
  3. Optional – add salt and pepper, to taste. Shake well before serving.
